Specialty Pharmacy Network Change — February 2012
FutureScripts is pleased to announce that we have selected ICORE Healthcare (ICORE) as our exclusive specialty pharmacy. Effective February 1, 2012, several specialty pharmacies will no longer be in the FutureScripts network. Members who are currently receiving prescriptions through one of these pharmacies will be notified of this change directly.
