Drug Formulary

A drug formulary is a list of generic and brand-name prescription drugs that are covered by the plan, are FDA-approved, and have been chosen for their reported medical effectiveness and value.

FutureScripts’ formulary includes all therapeutic categories and provides physicians with prescribing options. In addition, the formulary is reviewed quarterly to add new drugs and to remove brand-name drugs when a generic equivalent becomes available.
