Kim Olson
Chief Operating Officer
Kim Olson is Chief Operating Officer of FutureScripts, responsible for leading and overseeing the Company’s overall strategy and performance. Ms. Olson has more than twenty years of management experience within the health care marketplace and was the founder of KO Consulting, LLC, which helped health care organizations implement measurable improvements in their performance. Prior to joining FutureScripts, Ms. Olson was Vice President of Contracted Health and Wellness Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts where she led and oversaw the performance of major outsourced programs, including pharmacy. Ms. Olson holds a Master of Business Administration with a Health Care Concentration and a B. A. from Boston University.
Stephen Freeman
Vice President of Finance
Stephen Freeman, Vice President of Finance, is responsible for leading and overseeing FutureScripts’ financial operations and performance. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Freeman spent approximately two years as Director of Corporate Development at Catalyst Rx where he led and managed the mergers and acquisitions program. Mr. Freeman has more than ten years of experience in the financial services industry, serving in various capacities in equity research, corporate banking, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Mr. Freeman holds a BSBA with a major in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Kristin Devlin, PharmD
Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives
Kristin Devlin, FutureScripts’ Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, oversees key operational and client-facing functions and is responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s overall strategic initiatives. She has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. Prior to joining FutureScripts, Dr. Devlin held both managerial and clinical positions within the pharmacy benefit management division of Keystone Mercy Health Plan. Dr. Devlin holds a doctorate of pharmacy from Duquesne University and completed her residency in managed care pharmacy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Dr. Devlin is also a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.
William Bogucki
Manager of Pharmacy Systems Support
William Bogucki, Manager of Pharmacy Systems Support is responsible for managing the business support and maintenance of all internal systems and applications, oversight of all related vendor systems, as well as the management of all data sharing. Mr. Bogucki has more than 17 years of health care and pharmacy benefit management systems experience with Independence Blue Cross and FutureScripts. Mr. Bogucki is a graduate of Philadelphia University.
Mark Clancy
Senior Director of Pharmacy Network
Mark Clancy is Senior Director of Pharmacy Network, responsible for pharmacy network development, contract negotiation, pharmacy operations and network administration. Mr. Clancy has more than 14 years of pharmacy management and health care experience. Prior to his role at FutureScripts, Mr. Clancy held various managerial positions at PharmaCare and at CVS/Caremark over the course of 11 years, including Director of Network Development. Mr. Clancy is a graduate of Rhode Island College.
Eileen Marie Finley, PAHM
Director of Sales
Eileen Marie Finley is Director of Sales, responsible for leading the overall sales initiatives for FutureScripts. Ms. Finley has more than 20 years of health care and pharmacy sales / account management experience. Prior to joining FutureScripts, Ms. Finley held various senior sales positions with CIGNA Healthcare, Medco Health Solutions and AmeriHealth. Ms. Finley is a graduate of Kutztown College and is a licensed health and life professional, as well as a designated Partner with the Academy of Healthcare Management (PAHM).
