Paul N. Urick, RPh
Paul Urick is the senior vice president of FutureScripts and is responsible for all company operations and business strategy. Prior to building FutureScripts, Paul served as vice president of pharmacy programs for Geisinger Health Plan. He also has experience in hospital clinical pharmacy, surgical pharmacy, long-term care facility management, and mail order pharmacy services. Paul is an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and is a past president of a Pennsylvania Society of Health System Pharmacists chapter. Paul received his degree in pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.
Eric M. Estes, RPh
Eric Estes is the senior director of operations for FutureScripts. Eric is responsible for overall pharmacy operations, the prior authorization process, and regulatory compliance; he also oversees FutureScripts’ Member Services department. Prior to his role at FutureScripts, Eric held senior management positions with CIGNA, Aetna, and U.S. Healthcare. He began his career as a pharmacist at a family-run pharmacy. Eric received his degree in pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. Eric is also an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.
Kristin A. Devlin, PharmD
Kristin Devlin is the manager of operations for FutureScripts. Kristin oversees claims processing operations, customer service, and our Medicare Part D pharmacy benefits management company, FutureScripts Secure. She previously held both management and clinical positions with Keystone Mercy Health Plan. A doctorate of pharmacy graduate from Duquesne University, Kristin is also a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.
Cibbey Abraham, PharmD
Cibbey Abraham is the manager of clinical pharmacy services for FutureScripts. Cibbey is responsible for formulary management, clinical policy development, DUR development and implementation, and clinical communications and assists in coordinating overall formulary strategy for FutureScripts. He is a graduate of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and received his doctorate of pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Cibbey is also a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.
Mark Clancy
Mark Clancy is the senior director of pharmacy network contracting for FutureScripts. Mark is responsible for pharmacy network development, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy contracting. Prior to his role at FutureScripts, he held management positions at PharmaCare and CVS/Caremark. Mark is a graduate of Rhode Island College.
Brian Marshall, RN
Brian Marshall is the Manager of Pharmacy Compliance for FutureScripts. Brian's duties include HIPAA compliance, internal audits, maintenance of URAC and NCQA accreditation, and oversight of administrative policies and procedures. Brian was with Independence Blue Cross for seven years before joining FutureScripts. Brian is a registered nurse who holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and a master's degree from LaSalle University.
Lauren Patterson
Lauren Patterson manages the relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers for FutureScripts. Lauren is responsible for contracting and pricing within these business areas. Before joining FutureScripts, she was a Senior Analyst for Dow Jones Indexes. Lauren is a graduate of Dickinson College and is pursuing an advanced degree at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
